Unlearn to Be is an exploration of shedding conditioned beliefs so you can fully be—in relationship with yourself, others, and life itself.
At its core lies the Trickster Archetype, a deep aspect of the human psyche that has been honored in shamanic cultures yet repressed in Western society.
The Trickster has the power to disrupt rigid structures, sparking creativity, transformation, and evolution.

Through a dynamic mix of movement, play, and deep inquiry, this workshop offers a space to break free from limiting patterns and access new ways of being.
You will develop greater presence, creative resilience, and the ability to navigate change with curiosity and ease.
